Pink Heart Funds holds their annual Walk of Hope. This 5k includes a one mile walk and run at the Long Beach Town Green. If you’re not familiar with Pink Heart Funds, they are non-profit providing free wigs for children and adults who have lost their hair due to illness or cancer treatment. All proceeds benefit Pink Heart Funds.

It’s the largest gala fundraiser of the year for the Humane Society of South Mississippi and you’re invited to party it up 80s style at the Hard Rock. Seven beautiful pooches will be up for auction, including a St. Bernard, Yorkie and a Shih Tzu. The dinner menu includes ginger teriyaki sliced porkloin, fresh berry cobbler, and more delicious options. To top it all off Nashville band Goldy lockS will be singing the best hits of the 80s.

The Biloxi Little Theater brings you “Sordid Lives”. This play is about a family from a small town in Texas coming to terms with the death of the family matriarch during a clandestine meeting in a motel room with her much younger, married neighbor. The family must deal with their own personal issues while preparing for what could be an embarrassing funeral.

Get in the Fall spirit and bring the family over to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D'Iberville for their 86th Annual Sacred Heart Bazaar. Plenty of activities are scheduled for children. Attendees of all ages will enjoy the cake wheel, fish pond and bingo. Plus there's going to be live entertainment and a $1,000 drawing.
